CRM was introduced into aviation training in 1982 and we started designing and delivering courses in 1989. For over 20 years we have worked with every type of operation from single-pilot air taxis to national flag carriers, fixed wing and rotary. We have worked with pilots, cabin crew, maintenance and management. With that track record we can take the long view on the benefits of CRM training... which is why we do things differently.
